GENERAL OUTLOOK

A series of fast-moving frontal systems will track across region this week. Rain will occur over much of the forecast area today, and again Wednesday night into Thursday. Gusty southwest winds can be expected ahead of the cold front on Thursday. Surface high pressure then returns Friday into the first half of the weekend.
