OUTLOOK

Mild high pressure continues today, before increasing moisture and better dynamics allow for rainfall and a few thunderstorms on Monday. A stationary front becomes established across the Carolinas, leading to at least a chance of rain each day through Friday.

Severe Weather Possible Monday Afternoon and Monday Night

Isolated to scattered thunderstorms are expected Monday afternoon into Monday night. A few of these storms may become severe, and will be capable of producing damaging winds, small hail, and frequent cloud-to-ground lightning.
