REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)

CONSULTANT TO PERFORM CLASSIFICATION AND COMPENSATION SURVEY

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Franklin seeks proposals, through this Request for Proposal (RFP), from consultants - individuals, teams, or firms - with experience in the field of public employment compensation and classification studies.

The purpose of the RFP process is to identify qualified consultants to establish a list of consultants who meet the Town’s criteria and instructions defined in the RFP.

Applications will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. EST on Friday, October 14, 2022. Applications must be submitted in the format defined in the Town’s RFP document to be considered.
