RALEIGH 2:11 PM -- The Monroe Police Department is searching for a missing child: Jaleen Xamir Howard.

Jaleen Xamir Howard is a 4-month-old Black male, approximately 2 feet 0 inches tall, weighing 15 pounds. He has black hair, and brown eyes. Jaleen was last seen only wearing a diaper
Allegedly, there is 1 abductor: Lonnie Cecil Buchanan, JR. Lonnie Cecil Buchanan, JR is described as 41 years old, Black, male, 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing 200 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. Mr Buchanan was last seen wearing blue jeans or khaki pants, no shirt. Mr Buchanan's hair is in dreads
Last seen traveling East on Franklin Street towards US 74 4 door dark blue in color vehicle
