Franklin Town Board of Aldermen
Meeting Agenda and Live Coverage
July 19, 2010
Updated with Audio of Meeting

**9.20pm** I'm trying something new at these meetings...recording the audio and making that available.

Here is the audio of the full meeting:

And here is Town Attorney John Henning discussing the purpose of the August 2nd public hearing on the special use permit requested by Walmart:

Franklin City Hall

There will be a continuation of the Franklin Town Board of Aldermen meeting that took place on July 6, 2010. [see video of the meeting here] I don't expect it to last too long. I will be tweeting live from the meeting and uploading photos, and you can follow along with your favorite twitter application under the #MaconGov hashtag, or via the Twitter Widget below the meeting agenda...

**The August 2nd meeting will probably see a lot of people at the meeting to oppose the construction of a Super Walmart, and I am considering webcasting that meeting live. The funny thing is, the Super Walmart is a done deal because no one showed up to oppose it in the early planning stages. This was before I began my coverage of the local government meeting this past January.
