Town of Franklin and Macon County Adds Further Restrictions to Emergency Declaration

The Town of Franklin and Macon County enacted Supplemental Declarations of Emergency this afternoon and evening. A copy of the town declaration is embedded below. The County did not have electronic copies of their declaration available, so it will be added later. It is essentially the same as the Town of Franklin in spirit.
