Town Council to Hold Budget Work Session

The Franklin Town Council will be holding a budget work session this afternoon at 5:30pm in the lower level of the town hall to discuss the proposed budget for the 2019-2020 fiscal year that runs run July 1st, 2019 to June 30th, 2020.

Outlook

Isolated to scattered daytime showers and storms are expected through today as a ridge of warm high pressure builds over the Southeast. Shower and thunderstorm coverage increases slightly Monday as a weak cold front approaches the region. Following the front, a stronger summerlike ridge of high pressure builds over the Deep South next week, resulting in very warm temperatures and limited rainfall through next Friday.
