Davis to Retire/Corbin to Run

On Saturday, NC Senator Jim Davis and NC Representative Kevin Corbin held a joint press conference at the Macon County Republican Party Headquarters in Franklin. During this event, Jim Davis announced he was going to retire at the end of this term in office and Kevin Corbin announced he would be running to replace Davis.
