HAZARDS

There is a potential for patchy dense fog this morning (especially around daybreak) with visibility under a quarter of a mile this morning, especially in the river valley, so exercise caution on area roadways this morning and remember to turn on your headlights so other motorists can see you. Also, the relative humidity levels are expected to drop below 30% this afternoon, so if you plan to do any outdoor burning, be careful and abort if the winds start picking up.
