GENERAL OUTLOOK

In the wake of a cold front, our weather should be relatively quiet through the weekend, but with cold temperatures as high pressure builds in from the northwest. The center of high pressure will finally move past on Monday, with a weak system possibly moving south of the region on Tuesday. Looking ahead to the late part of the week, a complex weather system could affect the region with wintry precipitation types on the table, but confidence is low regarding the precipitation type and extent, and the timing and amounts. Details should come more into focus over the weekend.
