The annual county budget process will begin Thursday morning, February 6th, at 10am. Items on the agenda include the Macon Middle School Project, the Space Needs Analysis plan, the Mid-Year Financial Review, tax software, ad valorem revenue projections, a preliminary look at the school system budget. The meeting is expected to last several hours.
