Justin Setser, Land Use Administrator for the Town of Franklin, updated the Mayor and town council on the Comprehensive Land use Plan that has been under development. More information about the process can be found on the Franklin Town Plan website. [LINK]

• Draft of Plan - Complete
• Steering Committee Review - Ongoing
• Planning Board review - February 17th meeting
• Changes - After Planning Board Review
• Public Review/Presentation or Open House - March
• Changes - Based on public feedback
• Adoption - March - May
• March 16th - Planning Board
• April 6th - Town Council (Presentation and Public Hearing)
• May - Adoption by Town Council
