A vigorous low-pressure system will move across the Ohio River valley today and into Wednesday, keeping our weather unsettled through the middle of the week. Expect breezy conditions from late Wednesday into Thursday with below normal temperatures through the weekend.

Weather Hazards
Any water running off or left standing from the rain and light snow (LOL) we received late Thursday will freeze on untreated road surfaces during the pre-dawn hours on today. Patchy black ice can be expected, especially on secondary roads and residential streets, during the morning commute today.
Temperatures are expected to climb back above freezing around noon or 1 pm in the mountain valleys, but will probably stay below freezing all day above 3500 feet.
